Britney - takes $1.39 lighter

According to PEOPLE magazine everyone's favorite train wreck with cash flow of over $750K per month walked out without paying for a $1.39 lighter. Now my 18 y/o with a bad habit knows he has to pay although there are times I wonder if he can afford his tobacco habit---how does BRIT get away with this? Okay - tonight I will tell my often broke smoker that BRIT can no longer be a role model in the finance department. Please Brit go back and do the right thing!
