January Joiners

The Urban Dictionary defines a January Joiner as a person who joins a health club and is gone by February. How sad, but oh so true! Having lived in a gym for over 10 years, I witness very large people who pay a hefty sum to come to the gym, step on a treadmill while reading a magazine and watch TV. That is like studying for a physics test with headphones blasting while eating -- how focused can you be?

My tip-hire a trainer, get a plan, execute the plan, take yoga, learn to breathe, read at home----focus in the gym--breathe correctly, think about muscle recruitment -- cardio is great, but it is not going to sculpt your body. Get out of the box-- put the work in work out---READ AT the LIBRARY. Got questions? Email me and I will try to answer. So get to the gym today and enjoy your workout!

FEEL GREAT in 2008!!!!

Not just your everyday resolutions here--- we are going to get out and help more people loof and feel better this year! My resolution as a personal trainer is to LISTEN to the client carefully and let them tell me their daily routine and via assessment -help them feed muscle == shrink fat and have a great transformation they will love!
